Common questions

Someone in my circle says they never got the text

Check the number in the Circle tab, including the country code. If they replied STOP to an earlier message, their carrier is blocking ours — they can reply START to the same number to turn it back on.

I was added to someone's circle by mistake

Tap the link in the message and choose to leave, or reply STOP to the text. Either works immediately and neither notifies the person who added you in a way that puts you on the spot.

Do I need the app to support someone?

No. Everything a supporter needs happens through a text message and a web page. The app is optional, and it is free for supporters who want it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, not in the app — subscriptions are held by the store. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

I have a sponsor code from my church

Open the app, go to the subscription screen, and choose Have a sponsor code?. On Android, redeem it in the Play Store instead.

How do I delete my account?

Settings, inside the app. Full instructions are on deleting your account.
