Help Now is one button that reaches a person’s trusted circle at the moment they need them. Your congregation can fund that access for people in your community — without ever being told who used it.
What sponsorship means
A seat is twelve months of full access for one person. You buy seats; the people you serve redeem them. Nobody is asked for a card, and nobody has to explain to their church why they need it.
It is the same product a paying subscriber gets. There is no sponsored tier, no watermark, and nothing in the app that marks a person as having received help paying for it.
How it works

You decide how many seats, and pay by invoice
Twenty seats, a hundred, five. We invoice your organization directly and you pay by transfer or card — the same as any other line in your budget.

We send you one code
A single redemption code, set to the exact number of seats you bought. It stops working on its own once they are all claimed, so you cannot accidentally give away more than you funded.

The people you serve redeem it
Put it in a bulletin, a small-group text, or hand it to one person quietly. They download Help Now, tap “Have a sponsor code?”, and their twelve months begin.

Larger commitments are worth a conversation rather than a table. If cost is what is standing between someone and this, say so — we would rather find a number that works.
What you will and will not know
This is the part we want you to read closely, because it is the part people worry about.
- You will know how many seats were claimed. Enough to report to a board that the money was used.
- You will not know who claimed them. Not names, not a count of who is from your congregation.
- You will not know when anyone asks for help. Not that it happened, not how often, not who answered.
- You will not see anyone’s circle. Who a person trusts is theirs, and often it is not their church.
A person who suspects their hardest night might be reported back will not press the button. Funding this and not seeing it is not a limitation of the product — it is what makes the product work.

Questions we are asked
What if someone we sponsor never uses it?
Then it sat there unused, which is the point. Nobody presses this button on a good week. You are paying for it to be ready on the week that is not good.
Do the people in someone’s circle have to be from our church?
No, and usually they will not be. A person chooses whoever they actually trust. Those people need no app and are never charged.
Is this counseling, or a crisis line?
Neither. Help Now connects someone to the people who already know them. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is one tap away inside the app for when a trained responder is what is needed, and we say so plainly rather than trying to keep people in our app.
What happens when the twelve months are up?
Access ends unless they subscribe themselves or you renew. We will tell you how many seats are coming up for renewal before they lapse, so nobody is dropped without warning.
Can we sponsor someone who is not part of our congregation?
Yes. A code is a code. Many organizations fund seats for the wider community they serve rather than only their members.
Starting a conversation
Tell us roughly how many people you have in mind and when you would want it live. We will send an invoice and a code, and we are glad to walk a small group through it first.
