Deleting your account
You can delete your Help Now account and everything in it from inside the app. You do not need to contact us, and nobody has to approve it.
From the app

Open Settings
The gear icon at the top right of the home screen, or the Settings tab.

Choose Delete account
At the bottom of the page, under Privacy & Support.

Confirm
You will be asked to sign in again, because deletion cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your account, name, email and verified mobile number
- Everyone in your circle, and their numbers
- Your request history
- Your private plan and saved resources
- Your devices and notification tokens
What is kept, and why
If someone in your circle replied STOP to a message, we keep a record that their number opted out. We keep it indefinitely and deliberately: it is the only way to be certain we never text them again, and honoring that matters more than deleting it. It is stored as an irreversible fingerprint rather than as a phone number.
We may also retain limited records where the law requires it.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are held by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, or you will continue to be charged.
If you cannot get into the app
Email support@helpnowcircle.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. We may need to confirm it is yours first.
